With the announcement of “Cheerful Japan! Feat. Hatsune Miku Illustration Support” contest winner, a 1/8 scale figure is also to be made based on the winning illustration.
The will be a Nendo-Petit version of this Miku as a free-gift along with a Book named "Quarterly pixiv vol.08" that release in Spring'12.

The contest is a collaboration with Pixiv and the winner goes with the nickname of “bun150″ who designed the above illustration. There are 1,000 different submissions total for the contest.
